- Maintain compliance with OSHA health and safety standards
- Provide all employees with safety training through computer based safety programs and on the job competency assessments
- Ensure all employees are in compliance of the employee handbook and safety manual
- Ensure employees are provided all necessary personal protective equipment and understand the proper use and care requirements
- Conduct regular health and safety inspections to eliminate unsafe working conditions
- Investigate every incident and implement corrective actions
